Sandhya Dave received a grant from Emergence Foundation in 2020 for her project ‘The Catalyst’ for the charity she works in – Devon Developmental Education. Sandhya talks about the project and how it worked in two schools, helping both students of colour and ethnicity, and white, vulnerable, and disadvantaged students, toward finding a positive identity.
