A theme
One question, proposed ahead of time, drawn from what is live in the network.
Facilitated conversations on themes that feel alive in the network. Interested in what we don’t already know, and unafraid to speak from our own voice.

Inquiry is one of the four practices we hold on retreat, and these evenings bring it into the rest of the year. A theme is proposed, a facilitator holds the space, and the conversation goes where the group takes it.
Real inquiry is based on developing the ability and willingness to listen. These evenings are an invitation to think out loud with people doing comparable work, without needing to arrive with an answer.
